Individual Coaching is offered in three distinct pricing packages:

  • Trailhead: $900 (seven sessions over three months)

  • Basecamp: $1500 (thirteen sessions over six months)

  • Expedition: $2,700 (25 sessions over 12 months)

Each session is approximately 60 minutes long. Strength assessments may be recommended after the initial session and may require an additional fee.
